Warranty

We warrant that our light fittings are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for the following periods from the date of delivery:

Warranty Periods

• Indoor light fittings: 10 years
• Outdoor light fittings: 5 years
• Underwater light fittings: 3 years

Bulbs and other consumable components are excluded from this warranty unless proven to be defective upon delivery.

Coverage

This warranty covers only defects arising from normal usage in accordance with the product specifications and installation instructions.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

• Faulty or unlicensed installation
• Misapplication or use outside recommended parameters
• Exposure to extreme environmental conditions (e.g., saltwater, high humidity, temperature extremes)
• Electrical issues such as under-voltage, over-voltage, or power surges
• Mishandling during shipping, maintenance, or storage
• Failure to follow our written instructions
• Negligence, accident, or tampering

Warranty Claims

If a defect arises and a valid claim is received within the warranty period, we will, at our sole discretion, repair, replace, or refund the product. Our maximum liability is limited to the original purchase price of the defective item.

How to Make a Claim:

Customers must contact our support team within 30 days of discovering the defect and provide:

• Proof of purchase
• Proof of installation (if applicable)
• A clear description or photo of the defect

Limitations

• This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
• We disclaim liability for any indirect or consequential losses, including installation or removal costs, downtime, or lost revenue.
